It wasn't until recently 

that I learned my favorite knot

The setup was great

The air was like cider

The trees were all black 

Burning sage filled my lungs

I took my final drink of water

Put on one last song or two

Then I tied my new favorite knot

And tried out my new rope swing

If only I'd gotten the rope length right
